Meet the Alpenventures Team
Meet our diverse, international team of mountain experts, working remotely across Germany and Austria. With deep local knowledge and a shared passion for alpine adventure - we plan and support unforgettable hiking, biking, and via ferrata experiences for our customers.

Brittany: Chief Adventure Officer
As the Chief Adventure Officer and founder of Alpenventures, Brittany is all about embracing the thrill of the outdoors—whether canyoning, via ferratas, hiking, bike touring, or cross-country skiing. Originally from the U.S., Brittany now calls Germany home, but her nomadic spirit has taken her to 9 states and 3 countries across 3 continents, constantly seeking new adventures.
With a Master’s degree in Business and a passion for helping others discover the great outdoors, Brittany channels her expertise into creating unforgettable experiences for Alpenventures’ guests. She loves inspiring people to step outside their comfort zones and make lifelong memories. Fun fact: On her first overnight hike into the Grand Canyon, she carried a soft-sided cooler backpack (no sternum strap!) while her hiking partner packed a hair dryer—a lot has changed since then!
Her favourite Alpenventures Tour: Hut to Hut in Switzerland for its authenticity.

Tim: Adventure Planning Expert Manager
Tim’s passion for the outdoors began whilst growing up near Canada’s Rocky Mountains and has taken him from the wilds of Scotland to Germany, which he now calls home. As a UIMLA International Mountain Leader, he has extensive experience guiding long-distance hiking tours across Europe. When he’s not on the trail, Tim loves sliding on snow—especially skiing, which he finds endlessly fun. In the summer, he enjoys climbing and mountaineering whenever he gets the chance.
Tim thrives on planning trips, carefully assessing routes and weather, ensuring the adventure is successful. He loves the camaraderie of the trail, enjoying mountain hut meals, and waking up in spectacular locations. At Alpenventures, Tim enjoys the perfect balance of working behind the scenes while staying deeply connected to the mountains he loves. He’s passionate about organizing adventures for customers who share his love for the great outdoors.

Lottie: Adventure Planning Expert and Community Manager
Lottie is most at home in wild places—bikepacking through remote regions, ski touring across mountain ranges, or hiking to far-flung summits. Raised on England’s Jurassic Coast, she now lives in a quiet corner of the Austrian Alps. Her adventures have taken her deep into some of the world’s most remote mountain ranges and little-visited regions: horseback riding with nomads in Kazakhstan, drinking tea with shamans in the Russian Altai, and crossing the Gobi Desert by motorcycle.
A former philosophy teacher and school expedition leader, Lottie believes in nature’s power to inspire reflection and personal change. At Alpenventures, she brings this ethos to her work—helping others travel responsibly and crafting meaningful, personalised adventures.

Clara: Adventure Planning Expert

A regular on the mountain racing scene, she enters some of the toughest trail running events around. Clara’s experience spans everything from guiding with the German Alpine Club and working in alpine huts to navigating the mountains with her children.
While her former life as a molecular biologist shaped her calm, solution-oriented mindset, Clara now channels that focus into helping others plan meaningful mountain adventures—balancing work, training, and family life.

But she’s just as happy slowing things down with long-distance hikes, wild camping, or capturing mountain magic through her camera lens.
Lisette loves being part of a team of fellow mountain lovers, where sharing knowledge and promoting responsible travel is all part of the journey.

She especially enjoys mid-hike naps in Alpine meadows, with marmots as her only companions.
With a background in software implementation and account management, she knows how to make things happen—skills she now puts to great use helping Alpenventures guests plan unforgettable mountain adventures. At Alpenventures, Naama loves making the mountains accessible to people from all walks of life.

He loves how the rhythm of walking and being immersed in nature allows him to disconnect from the everyday and reconnect with himself and the environment. When he’s not out exploring, you might find him absorbed in crocheting—one of the few things that makes him lose all sense of time.
A lifelong traveller who has explored over 45 countries, Jonathan brings a global perspective to every adventure he plans. Paired with a background in Tourism Development & Culture, experience as a youth hiking guide, and time spent working in mountain huts - his wealth of knowledge enables him to create meaningful travel experiences for Alpenventure’s customers.
