Please complete the form below if you need a letter from us in order to submit a claim to your Travel Insurance provider. We will send you the letter within 10 business days of your submitted form, as long as the information provided is complete.

Please tell us specifically why your tour was disrupted. Common answers would be an injury during the tour, illness, travel delays, etc.
Provide the date and the Service Provider name for each reservation you would like to claim. If it is not obvious why this reservation would be included in your claim, please provide an explanation.
