HHT2 Culinary Delight Hut Hiking Tour

GO Hut to Hut Hiking in Austria and Switzerland

GO experience the Alps · GO live your bucket list · GO where your colleagues can't find you

Highlights

  • GO enjoy meals that were introduced to the huts by world-renowned Michelin-star chefs

  • GO hike through both Austria and Switzerland, enjoying food made from local ingredients along the way

  • GO enjoy jaw-dropping views with less crowds

If you love both food and hiking, look no further. This hut-to-hut hiking tour in Austria promises to deliver mouthwatering calorie intake in the evenings, offset by breathtaking scenery and a good calorie burn during the day. Four of the six huts on this tour are visited in early July by top chefs from around the world, who prepare specialties with local ingredients for the guests. The recipes stay at the huts throughout the season, and the huts all have a wide variety of other dishes that include local ingredients.

There is a short cabled section over one of the passes with some exposure.

This tour can be heavily customized to meet just about any fitness and desired comfort level.

Additional Information

Airport: Innsbruck

The prices included in this tour are for travel in and out of the Innsbruck Airport (flights are not included). This tour offers Munich as an alternative airport, which can be added as a customization, and may be less expensive than traveling through Innsbruck.

Season: July to mid-September

The season availability for this tour is driven by hut operating seasons. Huts will often give a general time-frame of when they expect to be open, but will make decisions based on weather and conditions. We recommend booking this tour in July and August in order to have the best chances with the huts.
